Almost forgot about how highly-touted he was 2 years ago. Still only 20 years old (will be of the rest of the year) and pitching in High A for an organization in need of some young arms.

Take a look at these last 2 starts (both against Wilmington)

6/11/08: 7 IP, 0 hits, 1 ER, 2 BB, 9 K
6/17/08: 7 IP, 1 hit, 0 ER, 0 BB, 12 K

I don't know if Wilmington is just an awful hitting team, or Erbe is just flat out getting it together again after a tough go of it last year. Thoughts? Opinions? Long-term projections?

Erbe has nasty stuff, he is only 20 years old, the last two starts shows that he is special and shouldnt be given up on, the Os pitching future looks great with tillman, arrieta, erbe and matsuz
