Many of you have multiple interests, and perhaps a few are diehard racing fans only,,,, up until now the forums been ignored in its moderation and/or assistance,,,,,

I'll now be stopping in daily to visit the forum,,,, hopefully this assists users better,,,,,

You need to make a Sticky about "how to" on trading/selling, telling those who want to do so exactly what they need to do. I know you have a "HELP PAGE" link but that doesnt always catch peoples attention, ya know.
Also SHELBYSALEEN has a constant thread about stuff that needs fixed in the OPG. Check it out and let everyone know what the deal is and what the plan is to fix it.

I'll be talking to him as we need to get quite a few checklists updated and into Becketts systems,,,, and I know he's got quite a few connections in that respect who can assist,,,,,

I did get an email on the trade aspect and will be putting together some screen shot step by steps in the next week,,,,, this should help many just now starting to use the trade system,,,,,

As I start posting more here and getting to know some people hopefully it will become a nice place to hang and discuss issues as diverse as who cheats best in the restrictor plate races ,,,, and whose pit chick sits sidekick the best :lol:

Howdy, i wonder, but i still doubt, if my '00 Maxx Racers Ink Jeff Gordon Auto will EVER be returned to my OPG. The card was never even listed, i sent a scan but dont know if it got thru, but eventually it was listed without a price, then you updated & BANG ! its gone again

If the new OPG works ok where i trade most, i WONT be renewing here

I am starting a list of cards & sets on the database sheet thats used to update their systems,,,,, when I complete it will be sent direct to the parties responsible for the checklists /OPG and the Price Guides,,,, I am not promising you'll see it immediately,,,,,,, takes 2-4 weeks while my backup gets processed & verified but it'll get added,,,,,,if possible send the pictures (needs to be 200+ dpi or larger) front & back to me of any cards you email me on,,,,,


If anyone has sets they'd like to see in the database-- FIRE AWAY,,,,,, especially if you own the cards,,,, even better if I can get those pics becuase they can be updated into the system the day  the database guy tells me the sets in the system,,,,

Becketts systems folks are only as good as the manufacturers give them initially,,,, and its always the COLLECTORS who not only know more info in a lot of cases but have the knowledge and the backup info needed to make it happen,,,,, there are so,so many lists that manufacturers send that are incomplete, misspelled, and basically not even close to the actual production run ( in some cases they create cards AFTERWARDS just prior to release),,,,, its been the bane of collectors since the 90's,,,,,,,

So if you want them in-- give me the chance to help you,,, I do it for folks regularly,,,,, and like I promised I'll be here to back it up,,,,,,,you'll know when your stuff is done becuase I'll post about it and you'll get an email telling you its in the system,,,,,,,,

Howdy, i find the best way is to scan the card, upload to my Photobucket, resize, copy & paste to messages sent here, i need a new scanner or i would add some cards that arent listed in the OPG

I went to the site to start checking on some items,,,, the pics will be worthless your correct in that your in need of a new scanner,,,,,,,

You can buy an EPSON V300 photo scanner for $95 or less ,,,,,, for the money one of the best scanners out there,,,,, I purchased mine at 20% off and for the limited investment its paid for itself already,,,,,

I've saved it as a favorite and when I have some time in the next few weeks (I already have a lot on the plate til 9/11 or so) I'll be crosschecking some items,,,,, thanks

Howdy, i dont work so i cant afford a new scanner if it was $50. My xtra $$ goes to Gordon singles i need, better than a box that has NOOOO Gordons or nada for trade value
Nice certificate, knew there were other space collectors somewhere !!!
I scan most of my pics at 600 dpi, a few earlier scans werent to good b4 i started scanning at 600
Am glad some1 gives a damn here finally, hope its not too late tho..
