Ok, so I gave in and got a tin of the Cup on Thursday. Here's what I got. I've got to say, if it wasn't for the Vinny, I would have been REALLY disappointed with the pack. Now I'm only mostly disappointed.

I would say, even with the Vinny, that was a pretty brutal tin for you. One of the bigger attractions of The Cup would be the auto/patch RC's, and even though Boedker is thought of as a very good future star, the other RC's were garbage.

Igguldon is with the Islanders now, and will probably be a average NHL player if he makes it, and the Dane Byers, not sure what his potential might be, but regardless, not exactly players who you read or hear about currently.

Rod Langway is a decent autograph, but he's not considered a "semi-star", so it's value most likely won't be that high. It is however a good card for you to make a trade with, if someone is looking to build that insert set, or is a Washington Capitals or MTL Canadiens collector.

The limited logo Vinny is great, and given the fact he really doesn't do a lot of autographs, that is a card that will potentially be a decent part of your collection, or at the least a good card you can use to trade for a player(s), you collect.

Thanks for sharing your break. Hopefully it can convince someone on the fence, to pass on buying a tin or at least force them to think about it, because most of the time people display a break it's usually got a great card(s), so people only see the good breaks and that tends to give the collector false hope and or a feeling, that they also are going to hit something good.
