I have an Eddie Guerrero WWE Classic superstars. Was wonderin if its a chase figure? It has blue packaging instead of the regular black and the figure appears to be made of rubber instead of plastic. How scarce is it?

It's not scarce at all. My sons has tons of those wrestling figures. The rubber figures are just something they started doing in the Classic Wrestlers line. They are Eddie, Trish, Flair, John Cena and another one I can't remember. They just add one to the line with the new releases. They produce those in the classics as like a throwback of how WWE figures used to be made. Hence the reason they are in the Classic sets. Hope I helped you understand what they are.
