Here is my update,I sent a registered letter to Mr. Mikael1963 and it was refused yesterday so now my next move is to wait to get the letter back and go thru with filling theft charges and a claim in small claims court since he is obviously avoiding a lot of people on here including myself.

The following is from the USPS web-site when I checked for delivery confirmation on the letter sent to him:

Just to let everyone know by next week I am filling my claim and if everyone else does the same we can get our stuff back sooner remember more charges against him will help.

You just need to go to your local p.d file theft charges against you'll need to bring your trade  invoice,copies of your pm's to him and what ever else you have like DC#  once you have the report # you can go to your local courthouse and file a claim in small claims court and once he receives his paper work and don't show up for a court hearing an arrest warrant can be issued for him.

I hope you nail him, years ago(8 or 9 years ago) I was scammed by a guy on here from Arkansas and lost about $1,200 worth of cards(mostly high end).At that time I had never really thought about doing what you're doing so now maybe you can make it up for some of us LOL

I just got of the phone with the Escambia county sheriff's office in Pensacola,Fl they informed to file with my local police and have them fax over the charges then they will proceed to contact Mr. Mikael and in form him of the charges this is also considered internet fraud.

The good thing is in October my in-laws go down to Florida for 1 week and if this does not get resolve by then I'll be going down with them for 2-3 days and going down to Pensacola,FL police department.
