OMG!!! I REALLY laughed out loud when I read this! What a load of horse manure. You better drop a negative on him now.

He sent it AFTER asking if luckydog had received it, knowing full well there wasn't a chance in hell he could have received it. It's a blatant attempt to shrug off the blame of sending late. If he had just sent late and explained it, then yeah, leave positive and explain, but what he did was underhanded.

Leave negative. Other people need to know.

He got the Card at worst it should be a Neutral, not Neg.

All a neutral (or positive) feedback will do, is tell the seller it's ok to do to others what he just did to luckydog.

I agree, If you got the card, AND it's how it was descibed, Move on....

Certin Times things happen and Some people don't want to admit mistakes.....

Why does everyone assume that " Oh things happen". If he knows he didn't send then why did he ask if he had receieved?

I always leave feedback. I have dropped neagative a few times for cards taking three weeks to get to me. Especially when I pay minutes after winning the Item. But what I do hate, is when sellers send me notes in the package telling me to leave positive feedback. I will leave whatever feedback I want. If the card was nice and the shipping time was reasonable, then It will be positive, but if it takes three weeks for a card to get to me, or I am charged $3.00 for shipping and the card arrives in a plain white envelope, its definately negative.

What is the both of your seller/user names on ebay? I'd like to block you asap. Thanks-

Since when did it become ok to lie to a customer?

#1Deshaun_Foster_Fan Wrote:i bought a tjack spa like 2 weeks ago and paid via paypal. it was done on a trading site, not ebay. so like 2 days later the guy messages me saying, hey i couldnt send you never gave me your addy. i told him it was included in my payment with paypal but gave him it again. so a few days go by and he posts in our trade (june 16th) hey its been a few days since i sent, do you have the cards yet. i reply no and ask for the dc #. he tells me he didnt send with dc. so yesterday nothing comes and i pm him updating him and he replys back saying well hopefully it still comes. sure enough it came today sent on june 18th. So he sent the cards 2 days after questioning whether i had already gotten, and then he didnt bother including in him pm yesterday that he had just sent the day before.

sorry for the long read.

Just to clarify this situation...this was a TRADE that was done on TCC. Total time from start of trade agreement to completion is 11 days. Not too bad in my opinion. What I do not like ( AND this happens on ANY and ALL trading sites/auction sites) is that sellers/traders "lie" when they actually send cards. To me, you got a good deal, but when asked, the seller said "already sent" versus "I haven't sent, but I'll get it out on XX." Although the buyer might not like the "truth," being upfront is better than playing "stupid" like this seller.

The answer to your question is: Since TCC DOESN'T have a Negative/Neutral system in place, it is best to include in your "Received" reply the facts that made you upset. When future traders check up on his history and see your response, they'll be more catious in trading with him?!?
