Pretty interesting game. Both getting their first start in MLB. What do you expect? Is Giese going to pull a Aaron Small? Is Thompson another Volquez/Cueto? I'll be watching.

Lets just hope Thompson doesn't pull another Fogg/Belisle/Bailey.

Are you serious with that statement. Cueto isn't even in the same league as Volquez this year. Let's see Volquez's era is a fourth or so of Cueto's. Yes they are both strikeout pitchers but Cueto gets hit hard for the most part.

I'm just talking about breaking into the league with a splash. Big spikes in card prices and medi hype.

For those who dont remember he made his mlb spring training debut against the yankees and did very well. That is of course ST but still, I just hope he goes out and pitches well enough to keep the Reds in the game (which means he has to throw a shutout)

For my fantasy team's sake I just hope Abreu, Giambi, Cano, and Bruce do amazing.
