I noticed that most NCAA game uses a ball made from Rawling, and all NFL games uses a ball made from Wilson...any difference in weight and size?

Yes, an NFL ball is bigger and I would assume slightly heavier. Also, an NCAA ball has white stripes and the NFL ball doesn't.
