This is from a 3rd party web site. A story much like it is in Beckett's own archive. I'd like you to show me where it says a distriutor has to return or isn't allow to sell these products. Hint, it doesn't exist.

Upper Deck has publicly acknowledged that there is a lawsuit. If Topps says it exists, Upper Deck says it exists, and most sports card news sources say it exists guess what it's status is?

Hint: It exists.

Oh, and if that isn't good enough, how about The Orlando Sentinel and The Boston Globe reporting it?

Hint: It really does exist.

Okay. I think you misunderstood. What I asked was to be shown where a distributor isn't allowed to sell these products. (Upper Deck Series 2 or Sp Legendary Cuts)

looks like you dont know what you are talking about, good job.

Of course you cant see it if you do not have access to the court systems--which most people wont.

So then why post it?

The post was made for dealers who may have a question regarding the case involved.

They need to contact their own legal advisor's to ask on the "distribution" of said product. Their lawyers can access the court systems computer and get the appropriate documents and motions filed in the case.

I gave the case # to speed the process up for any dealer/distributor who may read these boards.

So whats this going to do for those people who are trying to complete the Yankee Stadium Legacy set?

Looks like it may well be impossible now.

Only thing is, Walmart and target are selling a slew of blasters and rack packs and single packs.Would we notice them starting to disappear from the shelves if they get recalled?
