WHY ARE YOU IN THE HOBBY FOR FINANCIAL GAIN OR DO YOU LEAN MORE ON THE COLLECTIN
I love pulling something SWEET and holding on to it for awhile but i will admit i have sold some great pulls but in the long run i will pass my collection to my son.

I collect mid-high end cards of the best players in all sports.

I rarely buy a card just to make a profit.  Most of the stuff I collect I intend on keeping for the long haul.  I do buy cards I think will hold their value or increase over time and I also do prospecting sometimes and buy cards of young guys I think willl pan out, and that has worked out real well in the past.
All the other thousands of cards I have I mostly try to trade for cards I want on here. It's easy to make a fast buck with cards if you are smart, but I'm in it for the pure enjoyment of it. Plus it's also a great way to get even closer to the game.

****TRADING FOR AND BUYING UNSCRATCHED, EXPIRED AUTOGRAPH REDEMPTIONS FROM ANY UPPER DECK PRODUCTS (INCLUDING FLEER, ETC.) MUST BE FROM ONE OF THE FOUR MAJOR SPORTS****

I am in it for the love of the game and my team.  I couldn't care less about what my collection is worth because I will never part with it.  As of cards I pull, I am only concerned with the value to determine what Habs I can flip it for.
