Went to the card shop. Like I do every monday with my girlfriend. And got One pack of UD Trilogy. And I was pleased with my find.

She picked the pack . Every sunday she always ask "so we going to your silly card place? I think it's cute!" So its cute haha. But I never pick the packs, she does. Good choice.

Plus she isn't spending her money, or the money doesn't affect her. (I am only a college boy, she is still in high school). I'd bet if it was both our money I wouldn't be able to buy so many cards.

Agreed... if you ever move into the game-worn jersey hobby, it gets even worse....

Here is my latest thing:
As boxes come in that I buy online, my wife calls me up to wear me out on it. So I have HER crack em and tell me over the phone what I got. So far she has pulled a Kane Sp Authentic auto, a Jordan Staal/Eric Staal Dual auto, and a good box of trilogy with all sorts of cool things. I sacrifice the excitement of cracking, but pass it along to her. She still hates the cards, but thinks cracking them is fun.
