1996 Press Pass Jeff Gordon #100 error?
I have a 1996 Press Pass Jeff Gordon WCC #100 card that doesn't have the gold plating on the front that says "Winston Cup Champion" and shows his name. As if the stamp was empty when printing the card. There is a slight indentation of the stamp but as i said no gold plating or name showed up. Does that error have any additional value or is that something that happened a lot in the issue? Would it be worth getting it graded?
My avatar pic shows the card next to a card that is printed correctly. Best pic I could get to show up. Thanks Any info would help, thanks! |

I've put the card on ebay if anyone wants a better look at it. Guess nobody here or on Beckett has ever seen such a rare card.

looks like you have a torquer and a regular. but i don't have any regular ones myself but if the set came in gold as base then you have an error but if the set came as silver no i only have the torquer like your one on the left. which is blueish purple.this set had scorchers and torquers and then the regular base.
