I was shorted on a box of Absolute in September.  They closed my request last week, but it is listed as active.  There office are closed through January 5th for the Holidays.  The request says that they sent me a James Hardy auto as a replacement on December 09.  I still haven't gotten that, but I was sent my Jake Long Auto Jersey (exch) on December 14 and it is here.  I cannot contact them directly until the 5th, do they normal close out your request once they "send" your card, or is this something fubar, and what should I do other than wait a week?

I know they have had a few probems with the new system they are using now. I had one closed with no response, nothing. I called and customer service was great and fixed the problem. I would wait until they are back and try calling them.

Well, I didn't know if they closed it when they "sent" you your card, or if they had some tracking on it, and it closed after it was delivered.  Supposedly they sent it, I just don't have it (3 weeks later).
