I have a mislabel error and a card graded without sleeve and can't get anything out of them.

Want to keep calling BS? Check this mess out..

The card is part of the Names of the Game Autograph/Bat set, not the Game Used only set. And look how off-centered the autograph grade is. Gotta love it.

Uhh... Ok Like I said I call BS you never showed me a BGS slab you recieved without a "inner sleeve" as you claim...

Instead you post a pic of a 1962 Fleer football card (with a inner sleeve) and a modern football card with a printing error on the auto flip.. nuff said....

Can you not see the inner sleeve on the 1962 fleer?? I've seen you post it in numersous threads now ..

In case you didn't know, it does have a inner sleeve these were a test run BGS did a year and a 1/2 to 2 years back or so, they crimped them on the outter edges instead of close to the card. at the time those who were not happy could get them reslabbed I did this as well as a few others.

So.. Do you have a BGS graded card without a inner sleeve? or was that statement YOU made flase? I'd like to see this if you can provide it.. I know you can't hence the reason I called BS..

Ok Genius, if it had a sleeve, how is it able to shift top the botom. Look at both scans closely. Look at the space at the top and at the bottom. Need some windex for the bi-focals?

Ok "Genius, If it didn't have a sleeve. How is it possible there is a sleeve in this photo with crimps in it. Look at the areas that I put squares around on all 4 edges of the sleeve. Need some windex for the bi-focals?

Dude, you are severely outnumbered by some very knowledgeable graders.

And yes, there is a sleeve in that case.  To be more specific, there is an inner sleeve inside that case.  Just as deez said above, it was a test run slab a few years back.

A small error???  OK, it may have been a small error but there should be some type of compensation since I paid $148 to get my cards graded.  When I paid that much money and waited a month to get my cards back, I expect them to do a better job with customer service than to say, "OK, just send it back to us with your own money and time.....we'll fix the error....send the card back 3 weeks from now.....and then give you credit for your shipping fees."

I should get it fixed and a refund for the time and inconvenience.  If I was working at a fast food restaurant and I gave the customer the wrong order and the customer found out the error once he got home, and he decides to come back to pick up the correct order, then I am obligated to give him his money back plus a free meal since it was my fault.  It was inconvenient for the customer to not eat that food plus he had to drive back.

It's about customer service.  I like the BGS slabs and think they have the nicest cases but think that the customer service is a little shady.
