Is it just me or has anyone else had a problem getting a real person on the phone when you call beckett...I have called three times this week , left my number, and still no call back.    Heck they don't even answer emails either.

I am guessing that this has to do with his BGS card not verifying in the Registery

I have never had an issue with them not replying to my emails or messages. They in fact have responded very quickly. Now maybe today they might be a little slow with Turkey Day weekend approaching. You know they are all getting ready for that Lions game on TV...lol

I tried calling for several weeks, left a few msgs and finally got a call back monday, but as my luck would have it, I was sleeping :/

Whenever I've needed to call, I've never had any trouble getting to speak with someone. In fact one day I had a problem with one of my subscriptions and Tracy called me back pretty fast when I did have to leave a message.
Maybe like Mikael said, with the Holiday week, maybe there are some people off the whole week, and things are a bit slow.
