There isn't much that can be done about a pack searcher even if you can prove it. Lets give him the benefit of the doubt and believe that these were pulled legitimately. Although most odds state you get 1-2 per box, 37 game used is quite bit. If you did break these box by box, you may want to move to ordering hobby boxes, more bang for your buck. If you are of the unscrupulous type, you may want to think about the kids that are missing out on those cards, it's hard enough for a parent to afford a $3 pack, you have to figure after a kid getting nothing over time,they'll lose interest and move to the gaming cards or something. Lastly, current sales of game-used aren't the same as years ago, most are worth less than pack price. Other than that, nice hit on the McFadden.

my local target had a box of longevity footbal for $50, and it had
6 memorabila cards, 3 rookies(#999), 3 rookies (#249), 1 (#249), 1 (#49), and a rookie auto!!!!

Most of those cards can't be worth more than $8-$15.  Getting memorabilia cards at Target is VERY easy now.  Most blaster boxes include 1 now and you can get the $10 memorabilia packs with 1 random mem. card and 2 random packs.  As much as you probably spent to get those, you really should start checking out hobby boxes.  Much more value in hobby vs. retail.  The most valuable memorabilia card I've pulled from a Target Blaster box is a $15 Jimmie Johnson Tire card.  But from three hobby boxes last year, I pulled 5 mem/auto cards worth over $80 each plus many $20 + cards.
