10 days is insane!!  These people want to be payed in a timely fashion, but never want to ship right away.  I can understand the Saturday thing if people work jobs where they cannot get out and go to the P.O.  In most cases, I bet that is not the reason it takes so long

People that take forever to ship drives me insane too, especially when it's a card I'm really looking forward to getting.
When I sell, I always try to ship same day as payment is received, or at the very latest the next day.

I try my best to do the same too.  In some cases, I have shipped out within the hour, If I am around at the time of payment.

I bought one card back on November 2nd, and the guy left a feedback just yesterday lol
