I've saved up $600 to buy a high end product, but I'm torn between which one to buy with the potential to have a good return on my investment. I was looking into the following: 05/06 or 07/08 The Cup Hockey, 07/08 Equisite Basketball, 2008 Topps Sterling Baseball or a combination of some less expensive products. Any sugestions???????? Thanks.

  I would go with an 05-06 Hockey product over the other stuff you mentioned for the simple fact it is full of rcs of guys who are still very young but have already had a few solid or even spectacular seasons under their belt.  Ovechkin, Crosby, Vanek, Phanuef, Lundqvist, Richards, Carter, Getzlaf, Franzen, Ward .
 Then you got up and comers like Kostitsyn, Wolski, Perry, Filppula, Umberger.  And the guys who haven't panned out yet are still really young, so there are possibly a few hidden gems left.  Good luck with your nice to have dilemma.  You should update it with your break results later
