Then I filled out Donruss' QA Form.  Here is what I got, and why I am irked



So, I had 72 commons and 13 inserts/RCs.  that = 85.  18 (packs) * 5 (cards/pack) = 90.
of the 72 commons I got 15 doubles (3 of those were triples). I also got double Aquib Talib RC


Does a Jersey Combo Autograph count as 3 game-used memorabilia/autograph?  has anyone else got these in a box?  I didn't take that to mean that I would only get one card if I got one of these.  I realize the stated breakdowns are average, but 1 of 3 is more than below average, that is failing. and the fact that I was basically 1 pack short (their were 18 packs in the box)doesn't help at all!  Oh, I am so furious at Donrus

I hate when it does that.  It said 0 of 0 so I bumped my own post.  I guess noone cared, and I thought it was overlooked.  Sorry!

Man sorry that is a really bad break, considering there are hot boxes of the product and you only got one Auto, you are missing two GU cards, I think Donruss guarantee's there boxes but I could be wrong.  I would definitely send them something.

It didn't take me but 3 minutes after I opened it to file a claim.  I will mail in on Thursday (busy day tomorrow) and see what happens! Regardless, of the "On Average/Guarantee" I am pretty sure a box of 90 cards is guaranteed to have 90 cards regardless of what they are!

Yeah but some packs will say a GU or Auto counts as two cards, I don't know if that is the case with those though.

So that gets it up to 86, unless doubles count as 2 cards, then i got like 147!

While I've been shorted in boxes before, if it says 3 hits and you get one with 3 pieces, it still only counts as one hit. Now as far as being shorted commons/base, often if you get a card, like a patch or helmet card, which is thicker than normal, even more than the "slugs"/fillers, you very well might get less commons in that particular pack.
