BGS Rant..how can they mess up
Again, I'm worried again and this time, BGS messed up on the shipping address when the submission form clearly is legiable. Instead of shipping it to 4241, they shipped it to 4201 ?!?! I tried calling the place after a google search and they need to get back to me if they received it or not. I had to call FED EX too, to change the address to the correct one. How does insurance apply to this if I never get the package?

While my last order was received with no problem a couple weeks ago, the two previous orders had the wrong address and was not shipped properly. When I contacted Beckett, they said they had the correct info and print the label from the address on file. When the order came, you could clearly see the wrong address under the new label that Fed Ex had to put on. This delayed the orders by a day or two. The wrong address did not exist, but it still delayed things. I do know that when I ship with FedEx, they know right then and there when they enter the info if the address exists or not as someone once mistyped their address for me to ship something to them and FedEx told me they could not ship there. So, I can't seem to see who is to blame, but my guess is it may have been a joint effort.
