My biggest question to all of this is.... Who determined that there was a change needed? Seriously there were many people who were friends on the boards and I have no idea how to contact some of them.now. I wish that I would have known that it would change this much. I would have collected a few email addresses. Maybe the warning on EXTREME changes was posted but I didnt see it. I was expecting a facelift more than anything.......

So sorry that you felt that way...

I need to point out that the message board people loved the message boards.  It was their favorite part of the site, because that is where they went.

The issue there, the flaw, is people thinking that only the message board people visited Beckett.com (or even that they were a majority of visitors).  It's just not the case...

I dont know whats more sad, this site, or your defending it, lol.  Listen to what your saying dude.  There has been a mass exodus from here, and like someone else said, you guys are finally on your way out the door.  Great work, keep it up.

Ive been very loyal to Beckett an im trying very hard to like this site and I cant do it.....I have no desire to trade here anymore its all way too difficult and I have no idea who half of these people are. Im sure Beckett wont say but im 10000% sure traffic has dropped in half. Why did Beckett have to "change" the message boards this seems like a lame stuff we hear " Change we can believe in" crap I keep hearing about on CNN. Thanks for revolutionizing the hobby industry..(sarcasim) I will still hang out here hoping for the best......

last night after work i went around to the card stores in my town and asked how they liked the new beckett.  both of them were so upset and pissed that they said they are never going to use this site again unless beckett wakes up and gets their crap together.  neither of them can find what they need to find.

beckett wake up..............this conversion is a joke..........good luck, you are losing more and more people every day

WOW ! JUST WOW !

Insane page load time , hey it was fun but after all this time I have to say i've become one of those people. This place blows worse than ever now and i've been around here since 2001 or so. Bob you are a really cool guy man and it's sad that Beckett has you riding shotgun on this crap.

But i'll be staying away even longer now and this site is pretty much going to go the way of my purchases of anything Beckett , down the tubes.

I loved this site for 3 reasons:

1) Message boards - I mainly checked out box breaks and it was cool to see what people were pulling.
2) My collections - The old version was so much easier to use than the current version.  It was great to have one place to organize your collections.  I may just have to set up an Excel file now.
3) Show calendar - This is how I saw when and where shows were in my area.  Now I can't find this anywhere on the new site.

Thanks for the site, but I think I will be staying away unless things go back to the way they were.  Best of luck with the new site.

Go down just a little bit further than your post on this page.  The show calendar link is on the bottom corner of every page on the site.

That is exactly what I have to do now: transfer my organize to excel so I can sort by price and see the total value of my collection.  The old organize was why I paid for pricing subcription, but now I can't see my-self paying anymore.
