As many of you know I run a small non-profit in Southern Illinois and have had to really sad cases come across our desk in the past several weeks.

1. Foreign Exchange student from Jamaica, studying to be a chef at a local college - She lived with her track athlete bf with their two children. Her bf left her this past semester to take a scholarship in the Oklahoma area, and recently stopped sending her money. She is behind on child care payments, lost her car, and had to move into city housing. She has absolutly nothing, and is in genuine need.

2. Three local children who have been attending our church, father has is disabled and unable to work, mother is also unable to work. They have moving from house to house recently, the oldest who is 10 years old has been "supporting" the family with his paper route. The two boys have 3 pairs of pants between them and one pair of shoes.

I recently started my ebay store back up in efforts to raise much needed funds -- If you would be interested in donating cards or anything to this cause please PM or leave a message on this board ---

My fiancee and I took the children from the second family clothes shopping tonight and were able to get them a large chunk of a new wardrobe. 3 children even at an outlet mall are still pretty expensive, still needing donations if anyone is willing to give -
