I don't think he makes the Vikings a Superbowl Contender.I can think of 3 teams that are better then the Vikes with Farve.

Cowboys
Seattle
Giants

cold weather qb? he looked really bad in the game against chicago last year and said the weather was unbearable. cowboys, seahawks, giants? they already have QBs they believe in and are proven. Minnesota is the best place for him.

Not saying the Cowboys,Seattle,Giants need Farve!!!I said those teams are better then the Vikings with Farve.
Yeah, cold weather qb.I believe a few years back he had a 30+ win streak with the temp at 35 degrees or colder.I could be wrong, but i do remember something like this.

Giants? I wouldn't get rid of the last Super Bowl MVP winning QB for Interception Favre.

That's what he is saying...

He is saying that Giants are a better team, then the Vikings are even with Favre... He isn't saying that the Giants need Favre...

Excuse me? He is UNDER CONTRACT! They plainly said before the season, Brett if you want to retire thats fine, but we need to know so we can either move forward or gear up to have him back. He RETIRED. He had the crying speech and everything, and now you're gonna say its the packers fault because of his wishy washy decisions? Asinine.

Favre just playing with the Packers the last 4-5 years has tarnished himself IMO. Let's not let last years pretty good (although not top 5) performance cloud the fact Favre has hardly been worth starting for years.

Alright....but that is pretty illogical as well. The teams he mentioned have starting quarterbacks and in the case of like Romo, half the team is built around him. The Cowboys would be no better off with Favre on the bench, neither would the Giants. The Vikings could use Favre MUCH more, since he has a chance to start there.

I really wish they would just decide whats going to happen, instead of this subject taking up all the air time they could be using to show more TC video, or talk more about the rookie class of 08, or something else other than Brett Favre related news. I think this is becoming unfair to people that want to watch there own teams on TV for a change. Just my 2 cents, id love to see some bronco's news, I think Lynch got 3 minutes of air time today (maybe more, but not enough) lol
