Just saw an ebay auction for packs of sweet spot that apparently are qauranteed to have Bat Barrel auto's in them??? how is this possible??? What if it is a sweet spot auto or some terrible insert card that is just the same shape as a bat barrel auto? What do these people have x-ray glasses? Somebody please make sense of this????

The packs are resealed. The seller opens them up, places a card inside and then reseals the pack.

That's pretty much it. The glasses cost an arm and a leg but they get the job done.

You'd think so! But the buyers are idiots and want the guaranteed bat barrel auto even though its quiet obvious that the seller is going to be making a profit selling the resealed packs.

resealing is one posibility, but the packs can also be felt. A regular sweet spot auto gives in the middle greatly if you feel it, the barrell autos actually stick up more than the card. You can tell the difference without opening and resealing.
