Yeah, plenty of people have done it. It's a great idea. The OP's original idea I thought was to have 2 players who have done it against the other player's team, which would be quite a bit rarer.

Some really sick cards though.

I have been making a list of single game 20/20's and have quite a bit so far. I will probably incorporate it in my 2008/09 Custom Card TTM Project.
