............................I for one usually like to see the actual game of baseball..Speaking for myself and probably 99.9999% of others out there, we dont make plans to see a game just because we want to know if x or y or z player is a jerk or not..So basically what your saying is, you dont care at all about the actual "baseball game"..you want to go see a specific player(LaPorta in this case), watch him before, during and after the game..Just to see if he acts like a jerk?? .....................I dont know where your coming from with this statement..Just re-read the OP's first message on top..He never asked anything about autograph's..Nor did he ever say anything else about auto's in the other 2 post's following his original post..He bascially just wanted to know if LaPorta was a jerk or not?? And he just wanted to go to a game and find out for himself if this was true or not..Thats was basically all he wanted to know...

So, tell me this. Have you never gone to a baseball game to see how a certain player did in the game? It sounds to me like you always go to games just to watch the actual game and don't care who is playing or how any of the players individually do. I never said the only reason I wanted to go was to see if he's a jerk. I would have also liked to see how Gamel played in the game.

While we all read exactly what he said, some of us read what he didn't come out and say. Is Matt Laporta a jerk = Will he sign an autograph for me, and will he appear to be happy about doing so? That is probably the gist of the op's question.
