sOLD mCfADDENN aUTO, Gridiron Graphs, have proof (the recipt from P/O) with his zip and town that it was sent, but he says he didn't recieve it, Insurence is optional, which he did not take, Am I responsible for this????

PayPal has screwed me before in situations like this. I sent, the PO lost it, he never bought insurance, I lost. So good luck with it, I would probably call PayPal and get your point across.
