This will work fine for EEE because many people are 'comfy' with rookies being in NON ML uniforms. (many are not, and i understand that too).
However Major Leaguers without the logos will look weird. Unless they go back to Donruss Studio Style,,,,, OOOOOO what about an All Tuxedo Card Set. That would be sweet. |

As long as they don't go the Score Dream Team route I'm okay with it. Although the Jones with the flaming ball is one of the coolest cards ever! I don't think there will be MLB players in the set. My hunch is they'll be using players from last year's draft in their college/hs uniforms and some prospects that will be touched up to hide logos. |

You're right, that Jones is one of the coolest cards...and looks even better signed: ![]() As for the topic at hand...I also welcome DLP back...as for the 'non-MLBPA sanctioned' cards...I don't think those hurt EEE all that much... |

Donruss produced some of the best memorabilia and autograph sets, and it was always a fun product to break. They didn't flood their product with countless numbers of Mickey Mantle inserts like Topps, and they actually posted their insert odds on packs, unlike Upper Deck. Sure, Donruss was responsible for killing the 1/1, but time has provebn that Topps and Upper Deck and continued to carry that torch by making products like Topps Moments/Memories, and pretty much any of UDs "high-end" product that features 5,000 different Ripken 1of1s. really? All I've seen is either guaranteed* auto per box. (blasters) |

I have missed Certified Materials. Neat way to get unique GU card of players like a Bo Jackson White Sox with pinstripe or Mike Piazza Marlins with pinstripe. I miss that set.
