Yea....but it wont be anything like loud neighbors on top of you! and we are on the corner so really just one neighbor....there is a park across the street!

Unfortunately yes.....there will probably be more on the market come August/September. Too many things we want/need for the house.

As someone who bought a brand new house by a major builder, if you know anyone that is a contractor, or a construction professional, have them go with you
when you do your final walkthrough. Our builder was sued by all the buyers in our neighborhood because of shoddy work. We have a couple of leaky faucets, and that
was it. One neighbor had their upstairs laundry room collapse into the family room below. My wife and I are planning on moving to Round Rock next August. I have a
house that I own there and will live in for about a year, after that I am building my own house. And when I say "build my own house" I mean just that!
