I will be submitting my first bulk lot and have two questions for you all.

1.) I have a bunch of regular refractors that have black lines in the background(ink roller?). I was wondering if that takes of the grade and if so how much? If it does...would take off about 20 cards from my order! Which would suck...

2.) If the grade doesn't meet your minimum, do you get your money back, or 1/2 of the money back for that card or do they just send it back to you not graded/no money?

Yes, your grade will be lowered..How much? don't expect gems.

Since they are grading your card to tell you if it meets min. grade or not, No you get no money back as BGS has performed the services you pay for. You get it back raw with no money.
