i dont know much about the buyer protection. But i have purchased about 5 times now and never had a problem. Usually I am only buying singles for a total of under 10 bux so if there is a problem, its only 10 bux. But my experience has been great. If you are trying to save on shipping see if the same seller has all the cards you want, it is cheaper and faster.

As long as you buy from one of their Preferred Sellers such as myself you are protected.

I have bought from them 9 times including this morning and have never had a problem.

I recommend them.

It's a great site for picking up cheap singles and set fillers. I personally have never had any issues buying or selling.

If you are concerned about cards being shipped in PWE's, be sure you select "Premium" shipping from sellers. Otherwise, they are allowed to ship in PWE's.

Its a great site for buying. Just look at the seller stats. That will tell you their accuracy (% of cards ordered to cards delivered) their shipping speed (how long it takes from the time you place an order to when the cards are marked shipped), and a general feedback percentage (positive, neutral, negative). Don't be afraid of buying from non "starred" sellers either. Sportlots only updates their star rankings every 6 months. So many sellers without stars actually qualify for a high ranking and its possible sellers with high ranking stars no longer qualify for them.

The only thing bad I can say about the site is the navigation. It will take you some time to get used to it, especially if you try to look through a sellers other inventory when in the middle of a search. But once you get used to the navigation, the site will become your best friend when looking to fill set wantlists, want low end cards of specific players, or just want to add to your player collection.
