When they had the Astros caravan this year I was lucky enough to run into a guy with some of these among others made up.He was attending the tristar show so he made up photos for a lot of the players who would be signing there.I have a few more of other players but these were the only ones I got signed.I would say they are roughly 5x7 on photostock quality paper.Really nice.

Also another reason I think topps could put out something better than just bowman or bowman chrome if they were to do a prospects set using the Allen and Ginter design...I would be all over that!

predatorkj - I agree with you about using a simple design for prospects. I like these cards for autos is that you don't have to prep them and there is no fake auto on them. Also, I have a couple signed in ballpoint pen that look better than a sharpie.

I was worried that a pen wouldn't come out well so I just used a blue sharpie. When I handed the one to Beavan...he seemed really impressed with it.He even leaned over and told the guy sitting next to him he couldn't believe the quality.I think the guy that actually made these gave one to Beavan though since he had one next to him.I assume he just gave him one since he liked it so much.Boy I am sure glad I ran into that guy.I still need to give him a call since we were supposed to do a trade but I lost his number.

I've switched over to ball point on the A&G's as well they look so much nicer.

No offense, these look nice but they don't have the A&G look and feel.
