i think you two should now handle this elsewhere since this thread is basically you 2 yelling at each other, as for your situation it sucks but it is a 1/1 so i would just suck it up as for sfan tryin to sound better by sayin he sent the card next day, ridiculous, as a seller all sellers should try to send next day regardless of the card

Why would you still pick this card up if your intention was to get it graded even though the seller described it's imperfect condition? There's no way any card is going to grade well if there are flaws visible to the naked eye.

Your being unreasonable in how quickly you've allowed things to escalate. The guy is on vacation!! He's offered you a refund, he's publicly identified himself as the one you're referring to. You posted his e-mails. What more do you want from him? You make all these comments like:

Not only do I miss out on a nice condition dream card of mine, but I also get royally screwed from a Sr. Member. This situation makes me sick and makes me not want to collect sometimes. Thanks Kevin. You sure are a class act.

It's noticeable, and the point of collecting is getting stuff in great and most valuable condition, not stuff that is messed up.

Keep this sort of thing in your own inbox.

I noticed the OP listed the card on ebay. If you feel it takes two different pictures of the crease to show the damage here, then you need to post both of them on ebay. It comes off as deceptive since we know there are two angles you took pictures from. Also the other angle shows the damage better IMO. I know you felt like you were deceived, but not showing the damage, when you can, is deceiptive
