Advice About What Feedback To Leave
i had an incident on ebay recently and im not sure what feedback to leave. i purchased a lundqvist 07-08 ultimate collection premium swathces card /50. i paid and everything was fine. then the seller tells me the card was damaged and gave me a refund, i told him if it wasnt completly destroyed id still pay for it(it ended at $17) and take the card, its for my lundqvist PC so im not insane about condition, plus it had a three color jersey piece that i wanted. he says dont worry about it, he will send it to me free of charge. so two weeks go by and i dont anything. i contact him and he says he was on vacation and will have it out the next day. now its been two more weeks and i still have nothing and he didnt respond to my message, he lives like 20 minutes from me. so although he was going to send it to me for free, he didnt. during that month or so i watched other premium swatch lundqvist come and go, thinkin i had one coming...now there are none on the bay and havent been for a little while. i havent left him feedback and still have the option to. although it didnt cost me any money, it did cost me a couple chances to land the card...what do you guys think?
im thinkin i just suck it up and leave positive...but im an easy going guy lol |

Advice About What Feedback To Leave
just archive the sale, leave NO feedback and move on
you'll get another chance, and probably a better one at that. |

Advice About What Feedback To Leave
Sounds to me like a clear-cut case of "seller's remorse".... he didn't get the price he expected and isn't man enough to suck it up. At least you got the refund so you're not out anything money-wise. Too bad about the other missed chances, though.
IMO, there's no reason here to leave a positive... he wasted your time, cost you chances at other cards, and basically lied to you about more than one thing.... why in the world would you leave a positive for that? If you really don't think this deserves a neg or a neut, then just don't leave anything at all. This goof certainly doesn't deserve to be rewarded for being a tool. DW |

Advice About What Feedback To Leave
Why don't you send the seller an email and see if it's possible to meet him in person.

Advice About What Feedback To Leave
I would agree with no feedback at all and just move on. Probably wouldn't bid on any future auctions again.

Advice About What Feedback To Leave
Sorry to hear that. That sort of happened to me back when I was chasing the Lundqvist Priority Signings, except it got "lost in the mail" and was asked by the seller to give it more time before he finally agreed to send me a refund... meanwhile three more Priority Signings had come and gone... Is it me, or is eBay getting progressively worse and worse, lately... I've had two cards not properly protected and worst, I had a whole stash of 07/08 Ultimate Collection Rangers rookies get stolen, but got a sweet empty envelope with a huge rip in the middle. It took a Paypal claim to get a refund from that seller, as well.
I've actually let alot of nice Lundqvist and Marc Staal cards go, because I'm starting to lose faith in that crappy site. |

The lady claimed a paypal claim for it!!!! So of course paypal suspends my account until the damn manuel gets to her house. I refuse to sell anything else on E-bay. Its getting out of control. |
