But he did rip you off. Sure you got your money back, but now you don't have the card you need or want. You said you would accept the card no matter the condition and he still didn't send.

This is for everybody - if you don't hold these sellers accountable for their actions, they will keep pulling this stuff!!!!

Neg him and don't feel bad.

I agree with you, the guy probably got a better offer locally and decided to feed you the old "It got damaged" line.
