That guy buying cards and repacking them in "hot packs", strikes again...
Item #1
And Item #2 This is a little personal cause I am the guy who sold the first item. I emailed the guy who won the 2nd item asking him if his "hot pack" contained a Gold Refractor Pedro Lopez auto and he confirmed it did. He wants to do something about it. Any ideas what he can do? I would obviously be glad to help him if needed. |

not sure what can be done. how can you prove that the pack he opened contained the card you sold? Even if he taped himself opening it, that isn't enough proof. What can he do? Dont ever buy that crap again

I'm pretty sure I still have the numbering of the refractor. That could be proof.

To preface this so I don't get ripped, what this guy is doing is absolutely terrible but the people buying these packs are idiots.

And it just dawned on me..... as a buyer we can not get a negative anymore. We should keep an eye on his auctions... and click the BIN before someone can get taken. Just never pay for it and report him to ebay.

The guy gave me his phone number, I'll give him a call tomorrow. As for that guy saying the person who bought this is an idiot, I generally agree. But that still doesn't make it right for the guy to sell them. Lets just hope the buyer learned his lesson and he'll be one less customer for these guys to prey on. Some people, unfortunately, have to learn things the hard way. |
