That might not work. Can't he file a non paying buyer? Hopefully, between me and this guy, we can help take this guy down the right way.

Don't you love the new feedback system Smile

that's a pretty good solution.

That actually is a pretty good idea. I just wish I could afford to take a ~$60 hit for the team.

Just look at some of the awesome cards he's bought in the last month or so - I bet a lot of these ended up in "hot packs"

I will say it again I don't agree with what he is doing and I wish it could be stopped but really could it? Just throwing my thoughts out there.

I agree with everything you said. Far too many people react with shock and horror, the buyers are just as responsible. They are looking to get a steal, so their greed wins out.

Umm. Wow. No wonder people from other countries think Americans are idiots, especially if they read stuff like this. Note the irony of how he thinks other people are idiots.

First of all, I think the seller is a scumbag. The buyers however should be more educated if they are buying this stuff. It does not take a genius to figure out what the guy is doing.

As for any actions that can be taken, my guess is there are very few options if any at all. People should just stop buying this crap. People have been doing this for years and they still do it. As for using the serial number as proof, I doubt that would work, as Bowman has already shown that they can produce cards with the same serial number.

Here is the proof you guys are looking for:

Bought Alan Johnson Gold Refractor #1/50 Item #170221005020 on May 22 from the_Batcave for 29.95 Best offer.

Sold Hot pack (gold refractor of course item #150255492509 on Jun 5th for $64.95 and the guy leaves + feedback on June 15th saying he got Alan Johnson Gold Ref #1/50.

Case Closed...scumbag.

yeah. he'd just file a non paying bidder. just because buyers can't receive negative feedback doesn't mean they aren't accountable for the items they purchase. Way to try to abuse the system. :doubt:
