well i said forget the new(worthless) donruss customer sevice system and e-mailed yesica from customer service directly.I got the a reply in the usual time (one day), took the new system full week to update my inquiry.she says they will send me some packs, well i check what packs they are sending me.....PLAYOFF CONTENDERS!!! i can't believe this how dou you compare two packs of contenders with a RARE #ed /50 AP PATCH AUTO card!so i emailed her right back and asked if i could at least get absolute packs since i actually collect that....i've never even busted a box of contenders from any year let alone more than 3 or 4 packs my entire life! Donruss is being a major let down, not to mention the players i'd probably get from the contenders(clowneys of the world unite!).

I had the same problem last year with the 2006 leaf limited. I pulled a rudi johnson auto/jersey #/32. The corner was badly chipped and the diecut was actually ripped. I sent it out for replacement within 2 weeks I got same one that came back mint! Never had any other problems from donruss. To me donruss is much better then upperdeck casue all of ud product I pull are mostly in my case all damaged!:lol:

I just got back an AJ Hawk card #/32 from Gridiron Gear (had the rubber helmet on the front) that had two thin indents on the front. It took 3 months, but they sent a new one.
