I just sent in my first BGS order. I sent it out Friday and it was guaranteed to be delivered today. I checked the tracking and indeed, it was delivered at 8:55 am. My question is this. I never received an e-mail from Beckett saying that they received my cards. Is that common? Should I be worried or just relax because I will get the e-mail tomorrow? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

It was delivered today...The earliest you will ever get a "order recieved" email is the next business day after it was delievered..

The quicker service level you choose the sooner you will be hearing from them. If it was a 2 day service level expect a email tommorow..If it's 45 day don't expect one for weeks..

It was delivered today...The earliest you will ever get a "order recieved" email is the next business day after it was delievered..

Thanks for the help. It's a 10 day order. I probably should've asked some of these questions before I sent the order so that I knew what to expect.

Be very worried. Just kidding. I received an email the day after they received it two weeks ago and they finished in 8 days not 10. Very smooth transaction.

All BGS orders start the next business day after they recieve them no matter what the service level selected. Its just longer services will see a longer wait in email notifications..

Again, thank you so much for the help. I should've done more homework before I sent off the submission. I was just excited about sending in for the first time. I apologize for being such a grading n00b, and thank you again for all of the help.

As noted, time starts the day after they receive and does not include weekend. Nor does it include return shipping time. So 10 day service is about 2 1/2 weeks return time. You will get an e-mail that they received in a few days.

Nothing to worry about. Now make sure you post the results of the grading, that is most important !
