what do you mean?
Where the arrow is that you are moving to change the resolution. There should be little lines above the arrow, keep moving it to each line until you find one you like.

After you select the resolution you like, you have to click apply. in about 5 seconds it will ask you if you want to keep the new setting, or it will revert back to earlier setting if you dont click yes before 15 seconds.

yes but none of the sizes are right when i preview them
