It seems to be Luongo....End of Discussion around here and every other point is DUMB

Luongo is GREAT but there is definitely room for discussion. It also depends on how you are coming to a decision. For example, if we were talking about which goalie would you select in a draft right now to build a team around for the next 15 years, players like Miller, Lundqvist or Price would certainly be top choices. But, if you are picking one goalie for one shot at the Stanley Cup, I would narrow my choices to a goalie who has proven he has both the physical ability and mental toughness to backstop a Cup champion.

Hasek? Way too old. Cam Ward? Good but there is better. Osgood? Real good but I still take Giguere as my guy.

Stop HATIN on Bobby Loo. You know he walks on water. The numbers back it up. End of Discussion. :doubt:

They just create chaos and detract from the homer posts and whatnot. Not to say they aren't appreciated, no sir, far from it.

Snap. In that case, I vote for Marty Biron Tongue

What exactly was DUMB? Did I rip Luongo? Did I write he wasnt in the discussion as the #2 goalie in the league? Did I write he never makes amazing saves?

Or did I list ALL TRUE Stats?

EVERY Goalie has Pros and Cons and the dumbest thing I have ever seen in a discussion thread is:
"Luongo....End of Discussion"

Or maybe "let him go on the wings"
That is some real DUMB stuff right there when trying to validate the Luongo argument.

Come Correct or Don't Come At All.

Now that is some funny stuff right there.

That ONE season over 35 wins in his entire career.

Career High of 7 Shutouts ONE TIME.

2.60 Career GAA

5-7 in 12 Career Playoff Games

0 Vezina wins, Only 2 nomination

Nice finish to 07/8. In last eight games, he went 1-7 with 25 goals against, burying the Nucks playoff hopes.

Yeah. He wins hands down. No argument there. Homer.

oh yeah, im sure you werent trying to prove your point about how luongo is bad.
This is opinion, but human stupidity does reach a point. Stating what you said...
in his LAST eight games. Ok, so he blew it once, im sure your favorite goalie doesn't have a 0 career GAA. i said, LET luongo play on a team where his effors will go rewarded, the wings. Canucks aren't really a top notch team yet, but he has proven himself with them, imagine what he could do on a top notch team.

Luongo all the way! If the Canucks didn't have Luongo in net they would be in the AHL.
