I hear Campbell's really upped his price to around 8 million a year

$8M would be a rip off.

But I can totally see the Sens pursue Campbell. Not only do they need to desperately bring things back to par, they need to make up for their past mistakes with their D line roster moves. Brian Campbell is the most marketable defenseman in the league right now. But overpaying is another thing.

Now that my homerism is out of the way, there are a lot of teams that will likely be interested in both. LA still has a goalie issue, as does Tampa (sorry, Mike Smith isn't the answer), so I could see both teams go hard for Huet.

I disagree with the Mike Smith comment. He's a very good goalie. Unfortunately he has to prove it on Tampa.

I am a Dallas Stars fan (as you knowBig Grin) and i watched many of Dallas games, and and i saw Mike Smith play this year and last year a lot, and he is a great goalie, he just didn't adjust yet with Tampa and i am pretty sure he will do great upcoming season and also because he need's more deffensive help, like every other goalie needs in the nhl and Tampa didn't have great deffensemen last year.

The Bruins Web site states they resigned Mark Stuart to a multi-year contract.. He had a decent year for what he is there for.. Not a bad signing

In addition to that, the Bruins website says that they have acquired Johnny Boychuk from the Colorado Avalanche in exchange for Matt Hendricks...

Hey Jagr, I got a few questions for you. Any Idea who will be the next coach for the La Kings?
And are the Kings stuck with Handzus for the next 3 years at $4 million a season

To be honest plubers, I don't know a whole lot about that because I don't think Deano really started on the search until after the draft...he said that it was such an important decision that he needed to give it his undivided attention...he said he's still trying to put together the characteristics he's looking for in this future coach and he wants to really do some homework on the candidates before he makes any kind of decision...although, from what I understand, it won't be either of your assistant coaches (Jamie Kompon or Nelson Emerson)...

And yes, yes you are stuck with Handzus in the fashion that you state...however, Hextall said that he's gonna talk to Handzus and try to get him some motivation to really turn him around and get him going in the right direction...he also said he wants to make Sully a more complete player...

Please tell me the Kings have no intentions on resigning Nagy.
