im in the same boat as u, im looking at 07 leaf limited which runs 80-90 and something else to get around 150.

i say 2006 topps turkey red. awesome draft class and i love the design but with 2 kids can't really afford it. i think anything from 2006 would be good.

2002 Fleer Throwbacks, by far my favorite box of all time. You will get about 3 Gu and 2 or 3 on card auto's per box of some of the all time greats. The odds on the boxes state 1-6 packs for auto or GU but I have always had at least 5 to 6 hits per box. Its pretty hard to find but I would check it out.
