STRANGE QUESTION I HAVE
First, can I print CUSTOM cards as long as i don't sell them? Second, if I can do this is there a special kind of card stock that is divided up especially for cards? Third, if both of these are possibly what is a program that I could do this in?
Any help is appreciated
Thanks

what exactly do you mean by "divided up"?. Cards are printed on all types of card stock. There's probably a standard stock that the low end stuff is printed on, but the options are endless. If you are looking for a stock to print your custom cards on, I'd go with a card stock. The thicker the better.

If you are talking about copying existing cards and printing them to duplicate a "real" card, prepare to be flamed. There's only one real reason people would copy existing cards via color copier or scanner and that's for good ole fashioned scammin'.

If you want to create custom cards, I would use Illustrator with supporting images edited in Photoshop. Most people, I think, just do all the work in Photoshop. Personally, I like the greater control you have over vector art and typography in Illustrator.

if you do design your own cards, don't use all caps on body text.

I believe you've received all the relevant responses you're gonna get... especially when no one really understands what you're asking and you're not explaining it either.

Print them on standard card stock, or print them on regular paper and glue them to the dummy cards included with most packs. And don't sell them.
