For the benefit of all collectors, are we allowed to post retailers who are selling "repacked" boxes?

I'd like to know who it is. Also, remember though that most of the main wax sellers buy back unopened boxes & cases from customers so some might slip through that have been that way completely unknown to the company.

Well I have bought 3 different product boxes from this place. 2006 SPX and 2007 SP Authentic were both missing the big hit (rookie auto/jersey or By the Letter) and the third box (2007 LCM) isn't factory wrapped, so I didn't open it until I hear back from the guy.
