I don't think Smith, Granger, Ellis, and Jefferson will ever be up there with LeBron nor do some of them have tools to be a great player.

nope...although i think wade was reaching superstar status until injuries and the downfall of miami happened. right now its kobe, lebron, and everyone else...chris paul can get there if he puts up a couple more seasons like he did this past year.

moellenb Wrote:i know right:lol: none of the guys on that list will ever be on the level of kobe or bron. unless the magic add a 3rd go to player, they will never beat the cavs in a 7 game series and kobe and comp will be in the way of cp3 and deron and monta and roy and durant and ect... u get my point. roy probably wont be a superstar because he will be surrounded by other studs who will take his glory unless he leads the team.puregreen5 Wrote:Lebron is a amazing special talent, but I'm starting to think that other players are starting to catch up to his superstar status! Lebron was so head and above everyone else for alongtime, but now it seems that their is a infusion of superstar young talent emerging in the NBA, at a rate that hasn't been seen since the 80's! i.e. Amare Stoudemire, Dwight Howard, Chris Paul, Al Jefferson, Josh Smith, Rudy Gay, Kevin Durant, Danny Granger, Monta Ellis, Brandon Roy, Andre Iguodala, Deron Williams, and then we have Greg Oden coming back, Derrick Rose, Micheal Beasley, O.J. Mayo, Jerryd Bayless, Eric Gordon, now I'm not saying all these guys will become superstars, but they all have the tools to become anywhere from good to amazing!! It seems like Lebron has some new Las Vegas friends on the way, and a impossible time of winning a chamionships b/c of one of these superstars in training will always be slapping him down in the future!!! |
