To each their own , but i have never been a fan. He reminds me of Bill o"Rielly , all flapping gums , no actual thought half the time. Although , i quit listening to him a couple years ago , maybe he has changed.

I wouldn't say im a fan on his. I watch the show occassionally. I understand why people dislike him, hes conceided and at times condescending. Something that bothers me about Jim Rome is his tone of voice, does the guy ever talk as if he were carrying on a normal conversation?

I used to like jim rome but he is lam now and his show is boring and feels like forever. The best sports talk man around is Scott Ferrall on Sirius satellite radio over on the Howard stern channel and he is also on the "Wheelhouse" on SNY. He is in your face and knows his sports. His radio show is totally entertaining and he has awesome btting picks. If you have Sirius and havn't heard him you should check him out weeknights at 8pm-12pm on howard 101.

I don't like him and his is probably the only show on ESPN that I don't watch between 2-7.

The sarcasim is usually funny, sometimes makes good points, but for sports info. or analysis he's not my first choice.

Hate his guts. He's a total assclown. I like to go on youtube and watch Jim Everett have his way with that punk.

I used to HATE him, but I really respect his stance on the UFC and how he will stand up to other people on ESPN that blindly connect it to pro wrestling.
