Has only had 5 starting pitchers this whole season? They have not yet (to my knowledge) had anyone make a spot start. I was just thinking about this on my way to work (where I am at now) and I couldnt think of any other team, or any start the Sox missed.
The only teams I can think or are MAYBE the Blue Jays and maybe Mariners. Just curious as this actully surprised me. Anyone else ever thought about this? The team can only have 5 guys who have started games, just that one missed start or something. If someone could actully look this up and see how many teams have had 6 starters or who has the most that would be AMAZING, otherwise please discuss alittle as I need to get back to work. |

Actually you are wrong. Nick Masset started the game on April 30 against the Twins.
The only way I knew you were wrong is that the Phillies, as bad as they have been other then Hamels, are the only team in the majors who have used the same 5 starters all year so far! |
