More than two weeks before his infamous McDonaldâ??s bag mishap, Broncos receiver Brandon Marshall was arrested for misdemeanor domestic battery.

The news comes from the Denver Post, which also reports that the NFL is aware of the situation and looking into it.

Marshallâ??s girlfriend, Rasheedah Whatley, filed a complaint in Fulton County, Georgia against Marshall on March 5, claiming that Marshall struck her in the mouth and left eye. The criminal complaint says that Whatley had â?visible marks above the eye and a laceration on her top and bottom lip.â?

He's been arrested 3 times because of her but he keeps letting her back into his life. Im curious on how you don't see a problem with this? I know your a big fan of his as was I, but it shows very very very poor judgement on his part. It's not a good thing to be arrested 3 times in the span of 12 months if you are playing in the NFL, love the excuses for him though.

I agree with you 100% precent on his stupid judgement calls but i really dont think marshalls did any thing to her mabey on march 6th but not the first time and i also think that mabey this will be a wake up call to marshall so he quits making stupid mistakes and can try to turn his life around. Scince his stupid fall he hasent been in the news for any thing stupid, cross my fingers

i have watched every broncos game since i can remember and i can say he is probibly one of the biggest idiots to put on a broncos uni.
