does your card shop offer lay away?
was wondering if other shops do this to. One of the shops here has it, and its pretty sweet. He lets you lay away anything in the shop. just give him 20% down with 2 months to pay.Its great if you dont wanna shovel out a ton of cash up front.

Yeah, the shop I go to the owner is really cool. I don't even have to pay anything up front, he just holds stuff for me because he knows I'm good for it. He also doesn't have a time frame either, which makes it nice.

Ya at the shop I work at in SD we hold stuff and it was nice cuz every collection that came in I usually picked out a card or 2 lol

Gaylord's or Sportscards NW?

Personally I like Gaylord's better its more hobby related.

gaylords actually changed owners. but sportscards nw is the one was talking about. do you go to these shops?

Gaylord's switched owners? Thats too bad I really enjoyed the owner there. I went to SCNW a few times, but the owner told me he does not like sports which takes away some of the fun going in.

I have not been to either in a year or so havent needed any cheap supplies lately.

ya the old guy from gaylords "chuck" called it quits about 2 months ago. he auctioned all of his stuff at a local auction house. one of his partners "Allen" took over the shop. he is going to do trae nights like the shop in cda.

Allen is OK, ive chatted him up a bit. Cant believe Chuck hung it up. Ill have to swing by the shop when I am in Spokane.
